Not literally but my passion and purpose were forged through years of hard work, rejection, and learning life the hard way. I grew up struggling with hair loss and after dropping out of college due to personal matters, I was forced to make difficult choices in life which included sleeping in a storeroom full of fungus and dusty furniture. I worked 3 jobs a day, 18 hour shifts and struggled to get by.

My name is Nicky and I was born on the streets.

About:

Whether it was in athletics, paintball or go karting, sports gave me a renewed sense of purpose, confidence and a reason to keep improving myself. Instead of focusing on the problems in life, I shifted my attention towards it was paintball, racing or badminton, I didn't think about how hard it was and just focused on getting better everyday.

Finding strength

Along the way, I found sports and started winning.

Whether in a car or a go kart, racing and motorsports offers a lot of leadership lessons. It has helped me rebuilt my life, my career and led me to publish books, become a speaker and also drive cars I could only once dream of.

Today, I’m a racing driver on a mission to use racing as a platform to inspire and empower others.

Why I race:

Together with my team, we’re on a mission to change the way we live, starting with ourselves. For me, it’s through my passion for motorsports.

To live life to the fullest means taking ownership of our choices, giving no room for excuses, but every reason to grow, contribute, and leave things better than we found them.

Instead of comparing and competing over who’s better, I believe we should be focused on becoming better, together.

That’s why I do what I do: to create spaces, conversations, and work that encourage growth, accountability, and mutual respect without ego, noise, or empty motivation.

I want to live in a world where people inspire one another to do better, instead of fighting to see who's better.

My vision & Mission:

Got something in common?

connect

Together with my team, we’re on a mission to change the way we live. Let's do something amazing together.
